At Smithey Ironware Co., we stand behind the quality of our heirloom cookware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid FedEx shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unused ironware in its original box to prevent damage during transit and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
